Hi, I’m tori williams

Hi, I’m Tori—the owner and lead coordinator behind Pine & Pearl Planning.

As my children have gotten older, I found myself returning to a passion I’d always loved: helping people celebrate life’s biggest moments. That’s how Pine & Pearl Planning came to life.

I believe your wedding day should be filled with excitement, laughter, and unforgettable memories—not stress over timelines, vendor questions, or the hundreds of little details that come with planning a wedding. My job is to take those responsibilities off your shoulders so you can be fully present, soaking in every moment with the people you love.

From coordinating vendors and keeping your timeline on track to quietly handling the unexpected behind the scenes, I strive to create a calm, organized experience where everything comes together beautifully. My goal is simple: for you to be completely present while I take care of the rest.

Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a large wedding, I’m here to help create a day that feels effortless, joyful, and authentically you.

Why pine & pearl?

When it came time to name my business, I wanted something that reflected both who I am and the experience I hope to create for every couple.

Pine represents my love for the Pacific Northwest—the towering evergreens, the sense of adventure, and the strength and growth that come with every new season of life.

Pearl symbolizes timeless beauty and the uniqueness of every love story. Just as no two pearls are exactly alike, I believe every wedding should be thoughtfully designed to reflect the couple at the center of it.

Together, Pine & Pearl Planning represents my commitment to creating celebrations that are elegant, intentional, and deeply personal.

A few things about tori!

Family is everything to me. Becoming a mom was something I dreamed about long before it became my reality, and raising my three children is the greatest privilege of my life.

I’m happiest outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, exploring somewhere new, or simply soaking in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, I’m always up for an adventure.

I’m a foodie at heart. I love discovering new restaurants and trying foods I’ve never had before.

Wine is definitely one of my favorite things. Many of my consultations happen over a glass of wine at one of my favorite local wine bars, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Every morning starts with coffee. Before the emails, timelines, and wedding checklists, you’ll find me with a cup of coffee in hand.

I’m obsessed with thrift shopping. I love the thrill of finding one-of-a-kind treasures and giving beautiful pieces a second life.

I’m 29 years old and a proud Virgo. If you know Virgos, you’ll know we love organization, attention to detail, and making sure everything is just right—which turns out to be pretty helpful in the wedding world!
